Creating a partnership

Creating a partnership is our first therapeutic goal!  Whole Wellness Psychology, PLLC in Wayzata offers a unique therapy experience in a warm, accepting environment.  Therapy focuses on the whole individual, (mind and body), when addressing  life's challenges and helping clients reach their individual  potential. The therapy journey is as varied as each person. The client will participate in a thorough evaluation and a custom treatment plan will be designed together with the therapist.

WHERE THE MIND AND BODY UNITE!

Medical advocacy

Medical advocacy, an exclusive service of Whole Wellness Psychology, offers clients with difficult or new medical conditions support to navigate the medical milieu. This may include, teaching effective communication strategies with the client's medical team, when and how to best utilize pharmacists, researching and discussing medication side effects, psychological/emotional support, nutritional and fitness considerations and support for those caring for an aging or ill family member or friend.

Please print off, read, complete, and sign Client Information Pack prior to your intake appointment.  This will provide for the best use of our time together!  Leave blank any items you are unsure of how to respond to review together.

As a holistic clinical psychologist, I believe the path to health and happiness lies in uniting the mind and body.  If your body doesn't feel well; your thoughts and feelings tend to be negative and visa versa, leaving you less effective in facing challenges.
